📢 We are clearly in unprecedented times as we all deal with the consequences of COVID-19. Please understand that shipping times may increase and there will likely be some delays shipping orders. In the event that your order is unable to be fulfilled we will promptly contact you the following business day.

We offer First Class Shipping, Priority mail & Express shipping. All shipping is calculated by the USPS shipping calculator and integrated on cravingvapes.com. These rates are the rates provided to us by the USPS for weight and size. Rates also depend on the type of mailer used. At CravingVapes we try to minimize all shipping costs through the use of bubble mailers and flat rate and Priority mail boxes. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping Time
Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24 hours excluding U.S. government observed holidays, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays. We do ask for 48hrs to process your order. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by cravingvapes.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Priority & Express Shipping is an expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received.

Customs, Duties, VAT
Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at cravingvapes.com and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay.

Missing and Delayed Shipments
We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how the carrier routes the package or delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. Orders placed directly through our website are USPS Uninsured. You will receive a USPS tracking number when purchasing the below shipping services. We are unable to replace merchandise lost or damaged when shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for USPS Express Shipments that do not arrive on time. In the event that these circumstances arise you may file a claim for reimbursement of shipping fees directly with your local USPS office. After contacting your local USPS office, if your issue is unresolved, we do want to hear from you so that we can help in any way we can. What happens when USPS reports delivery when I didn't receive my package?

USPS is in general very reliable and professional. The first course of action is to check with your family and friends, or your company's receptionists or mail desk to see if someone has accepted delivery on behalf of you.

 

In the meantime, we recommend you to do the following:

Visit your CravingVapes.com account, click on your order and confirm the shipping address displayed in the order is correct (click here if you have found it to be incorrect).

Call USPS at their toll free number, and tell them you didn't receive your package:

Please have your tracking number ready. Tracking numbers are displayed in your order details page and the shipping confirmation e-mail sent to you upon shipping.

What happens if the above fails?

When USPS reports a package as delivered, it means the order is delivered. If you would like CravingVapes to resend the package, re-shipment fees apply because the original package isn't returned to CravingVapes. Customers are requested to pay 80% of the original order total as re-shipment fees. Again, this only applies to orders that are delivered and not returned to us.
